Sweating At Night During Pregnancy
Cindy asks…Night sweats during pregnancy?I am 26 weeks pregnant. My bedroom is ten degrees colder than the rest of the house. So its about 55 degrees. I sleep in there in a t shirt and shorts and lately iv been waking up at least three times a night absolutely drenched in sweat. Iv started wearing just the shorts but it doesn't help much if at all. Why is this happening if my room is so cold and what can i do to try to prevent it from happening?admin
